And also, if necessary, provides defective (technical) the act of inspection and the passport for raw materials, certifying the presence of ferrous, non-ferrous, precious metals, polymers and other materials with the Protocol of agreement on contract price for the scrap and waste containing non-ferrous, ferrous metals and DM, decommissioned fixed assets.
