Our advantages
Heating capacity of our equipment is from 10 kW to 1.0 MW.
The equipment operates on any type of solid fuel with a moisture content of up to 60%, including waste wood chipboard, fiberboard, MDF, wood chips, croaker, lumpy wood, coal, peat, lignite, pellets.
For incineration of furniture production waste of chipboard, fiberboard, MDF (dry) in the boiler, a system for maintaining high temperature in the furnace is provided to ensure the burning of harmful impurities (residual formaldehyde). The boiler is equipped with an automatic system that ensures complete combustion.
The rules of operation are set out in the instructions (passport).
A significant advantage of our boilers is that flue gases contact only with water cooling surfaces, increases:
1. efficiency of work due to the maximum heat exchange surface;
2. operating temperature, as there is no danger of overheating;
3. Simplifies maintenance, only periodic cleaning is needed;
4. use of fine (large) fractional and dimensional fuel;
5. service life due to the elimination of high-temperature corrosion.
The automation system of the boiler, if necessary, includes: temperature sensors, control of draft in the boiler, fan speed regulator, heat meter, water flowmeter, additional controllers.
