• Units of oil and gas condensate processing capacity of 10 thousand. Up to 500 thousand. Tons per year.

Technical calculations and services:
Process calculations:
• Development of process flow diagrams and calculation technological schemes of oil refining and gas condensate,
• optimization of existing processes, petroleum and chemical industry,
• selection of heat exchange, mass transfer, capacitive, pumping, heating and others. Equipment
• Hydraulic calculations devices, piping systems.
Mechanical calculations:
• calibration and design strength calculations vehicles.
The calculations in the field of industrial safety:
• developing emergency response plans (PLUS)
• Development of safety declaration.
• Development of technological regulations for the design and operation.
• Feasibility study for the construction, reconstruction of the object (the plot).
Technical audit settings, plots petrochemical and other industries:
• Analysis of existing technological schemes and hardware design with recommendations on optimization
process, increasing productivity and improving the quality of the products obtained.
• Site visit and technological research facility to identify problem areas,
apparatus, process with recommendations to eliminate or optimization.
The company has experience in developing and designing these installations sites:
• separation plant of propane-butane mixture,
• A section of the absorption of chlorine-containing waste gases
• receiving portion of ferric chloride (III) by chlorination of iron chloride (II),
• Installation of obtaining solvents - petroleum ether Nefras 80-120, 120-150 solvent oil, mineral spirits, kerosene from gas condensate,
• Installation of a periodic distillation of crude oil and gas condensate (formerly known as ”Chechen”)
• Installation of gas fractionation (separation of vapor decontamination gasoline fractions into light hydrocarbon gases and light naphtha).
