Research Institute of Building Production (RIBP) of Ministry of Regional Development of Ukraine was established in 1947. This is a major multidisciplinary scientific center of Ukraine that comprehensively solves a wide range of scientific and technical problems of the construction industry.
Over the years the institution it was created several scientific schools, developed hundreds of inventions in areas of its research activities. RIBP has a great positive experience with Ukrainian and foreign partners. The scientific potential of this institution is 7 doctors and 32 candidates of sciences.
For a number of technical problems and issues of the construction industry RIBP was defined as primary or basic organization. The Institute is accredited with certification bodies of building products, mechanization and quality systems, teaching and consultancy points (centers) help to production workers in the field of management, marketing and technical surveillance of industrial buildings.
Institute conducted a significant editorial and publishing work to popularize scientific achievements and advanced experience in the construction industry, it is issued interdepartmental scientific and technical collection “Building Industry” and, together with the Academy of Construction of Ukraine, scientific journal “New technologies in construction.” In both editions, registered at the Higher Attestation Commission of Ukraine it is published articles both of Ukrainian and foreign scientists and specialists.
The forms of possible cooperation are different – inspection and certification of facilities, design and survey work and design developments, selling licenses to technical solutions and technologies, manufacturing of equipment and any metal construction of structures and public purpose, implementation of construction and communal works and delivery of “turn-key” ready objects.
There are exhibit halls in the Institute where it is displayed pieces and samples of the most relevant results of its development.
