Main types of our activities:
- Conducting pre-production technical audits of manufacturers, in order to confirm their attestation and the possibility of producing quality products required
The customer;
- Inspection of equipment for oil and gas, oil refining, mining-
metallurgical and machine-building industries (block-modular equipment, shut-off
fittings, pressure vessels, gas turbine engines, submersible pumps
equipment, industrial pumps, compressor equipment, electro-technical
equipment, drilling equipment, etc.);
- Inspection of metal products (Flat-rolled products, Pipes, Sortite, Mestizu)
- Flat-rolled products (hot-rolled and cold-rolled sheets and sheet steel in rolls,
slabs, square and round workpieces, etc.);
- Pipe (casing, pump and compressor and drill pipes, welded pipes,
stainless steel tubes and others);
- Hire (channel, corner, etc.);
- Supervision over the construction of pipelines;
- Supervision over construction / reconstruction of oil refineries;

- Quality control of bulk cargoes of cereals and fodder crops (wheat, barley, corn, rape, sunflower, sunflower, rape seed, cake, cotton seed, and others)
- Inspection of agricultural crops. Main work performed by the inspection
agricultural crops:
1. Inspection of loading / unloading of railway cars:
- check of technical condition and cleanliness of cars before loading;
- constant monitoring of loading / unloading;
- observation of the overcoming of empty and loaded cars;
- Sampling during loading according to GOST, GAFTA and
FOSFA;
- creation of daily, lot and composite samples for the consignment;
- conduct quality analyzes on selected / provided samples in accordance with
customer specifications;
- hatches and railway wagons sealing;
- Daily information about downloading / unloading;
2. Before loading inspection of cargo on port or line
elevator:
- confirmation of the availability of the cargo;
- determination of the quantity of cargo in silos or floor warehouses;
- Inspection of cargo storage conditions;
- visual inspection of cargo quality;
- conducting sampling and formation of representative samples;
- conduct quality analyzes on selected / provided samples in accordance with
customer specifications;
- photo report compilation;
- issue of final reports and certificates;
3. Inspection of quality and quantity when loading on a vessel:
- inspection of the cleanliness of the holds prior to loading, for suitability to
transportation of grain cargoes;
- observing overwhelming at port scales or scales
elevator;
- determination of the quantity of cargo by draft of the vessel by the method of draws of surveys;
- constant monitoring of the load;
- Sampling during loading and forming of lot and composite samples;
- conduct quality analyzes on selected samples in accordance with the specification
the customer;
- Daily information on the progress of the download;
- compilation of daily and final photo reports;
- sealing of the holds of the vessel;
- issue of final reports and certificates.

6. Services of the Production and Technological Laboratory of Grain Cultures.
The laboratory is equipped with modern devices, equipment and inventory, means
measuring equipment and has the necessary premises for carrying out the tests; and
definition of organoleptic, physical and technical indicators for agricultural crops
such as: wheat, barley, corn, rape, according to the normative documents for these crops.
The production and technological Laboratory of grain crops is provided with active
normative documentation and staffed by skilled specialists.
Experts of the Production and Technology Laboratory have the opportunity to hold
