Armada-C - processing, manufacture and sale of forged blanks
Armada-C LLC has been represented on the Ukrainian metals market since 2004.
The main activity of Armada-C LLC is processing, production and sale of forged blanks, or just forgings.
The range of products offered includes various types and brands of metals:
- carbon constructional: 20, 35, 40, 45, 50, 60 and under the order;
- alloyed constructional: 20Х, forging 40Х, 40ХН forging, 50ХН, 38ХГН, 35ХМ, 30ХГС, 35ХГСА, 40ХМФА, 38ХГМ, 25ХГТ, 20Х2НЧА, 25Х1МФ, 25Х2М1Ф, 40ХН2МА, 38ХН3МНАХНАХМАХНА 10HN3A and under the order;
- alloyed tool: 5HNM, HVG, 55HN2F, 4H5MFS and under the order;
- alloyed heat-resistant: 12Х1МФ, 15Х1М1Ф, 24ХМ1Ф, 25Х1МФ, 38ХМ, 15ХМ, 15Х5М and under the order;
- alloyed for welded structures and spring-spring: forging 09G2S, 17GS, 10G2, 65G and under the order;
- corrosion-proof and corrosion-resistant: 20Х13, 30Х13, 40Х13, 08Х18Н10Т, 12Х18Н10Т, 10Х17Н13М2Т and under the order;
- alloyed for rolls of cold and hot rolling: 50, 75ХМ, 75ХМФ, 60ХСМФ, 60ХН, 90ХФ, 9Х2МФ, 9ХС and others, of various configurations and weights.
We carry out production of forgings according to drawings of customers, in the following options of delivery:
1) without machining;
2) with pre-treatment;
3) with finishing mechanical processing of any complexity - as a finished product;
4) with ultrasonic control.
