OOO ”NPF” Alkon ”performs works on the design, fabrication and installation of tanks, reservoirs, metal, stainless and carbon steel, various technological purpose:
- Petroleum refining and petrochemical industries (oil, oil products);
- Chemical industry (ethanol, organic materials, acids, fertilizers);
- Food industry (alcohol, fermentation products, butter).
The use of advanced production technology and mobile technology base allows to build tanks up to 50 000m3, and non-standard equipment and a variety of metal at the site of installation.
During the overhaul of tanks can be carried out following activities:
- correction of roll container;
- increased;
- complete or partial replacement of the bottom, the roof deck;
- full and partial roof repair;
- partial replacement of the shell wall, separate zones;
- repair installation of joints;
- repair of welds;
- repair of the weld and the bottom wall of the tank (utornyy seam);
- repair and installation of pontoons / floating roof;
- stripping of sediment reservoirs of oil and oil products;
- technology peskostruyka external and internal surfaces of the tank;
- execution of thermal insulation;
- installation of the process equipment tanks.
