It was founded in 1993 as Agency Formation crew. We cooperate with Dutch shipowners since 1997. Our company showed Veritas Quality Bureau, as required by the International ISO-9002 and in 2004 it was re-certified under the new requirements of standard ISO 9001:2000. Our database includes sailor professionals and specialists of all categories: masters, mother, engineers, deck and machine ratings and delivery. Today, our seamen working on ships of various types around the world. We also serve the Agency vessels in Kherson, Crimea.
