Kharkov plant of transport equipment is a large Ukrainian production company that produces a variety of products. The company produces such products: • Neftegazopromyslovy equipment and machinery. • Storage tanks for light petroleum products. • Paleoterrain equipment, trailer-tank. • Public utility vehicles. • Vessels crobiology. The total area of the plant, which includes two production sites, is 270,75 m2. At both sites there is a railway with a cargo platforms. The plant is connected by road with the main highway Moscow - Rostov, Kharkov - Kiev. In 3 kilometers from the plant the airport is located next to the plant station. The factory has the following technological types of production process: forging and stamping, mahanagarpalika, Assembly, tool. The production process takes place at various universal and special equipment. The factory test station and the laboratories have equipment that allows control of welded joints non-destructive methods - x-ray control, ultrasonic control, kamagrafast, and hydraulic strength test pressure of 800 kgf / cm2 and air leak methods of pumping of the tank and compressed air pressure up to 400 kgf / cm2. The laboratory plant can produce all types of inspections of the mechanical characteristics of metals to determine their chemical composition, to carry out incoming inspection of materials received. The plant has a testing station for testing of tanks autopalpazione techniques as measures of the total capacity, equipped with pumps, valves, meters, etc. Most of the products produced by the plant, developed by designers of the special design Bureau (SKB). Experts SKB can carry out work on the development of design documentation of new products from initial data customers with further mastery of the production of these products.
