Lubricants and refrigerants
Emulsions, emulsols: synthetic and semi-synthetic compositions for machining machine parts during grinding, grinding, milling, drilling and the like.
Aminil MB is an antibacterial and functional additive for emulsols. Used as 03-0,8% aqueous solution.
Aminil-MD - universal for all types of machining with high level of cutting and lubricating properties. Used as 2-4% aqueous emulsion.
Brand B Avitol-2 is a highly efficient universal for all types of ferrous and non-ferrous metal processing. Used as a 3% water emulsion.
Aminil-ST is a synthetic fluid with improved antibacterial and functional properties, especially effective in abrasive operations (grinding, honing, polishing, etc.). Used as a 1.5-2.0% aqueous solution.
Aminil-CP is a highly effective semi-synthetic fluid with improved antibacterial and functional properties. Used as a 1.5-2.0% aqueous solution.
Preservatives
OKS brand fluids for corrosion protection of metal surfaces
used in washing and preserving operations, for inter-operative protection and long-term preservation of metal products after machining.
OKS-2 is a composition of refined petroleum oil with anticorrosive and other multifunctional additives that protect metal products from corrosion. Used in the delivery state.
OKS-3 - concentrate used depending on the required degree of protection, is added to the base oil in an amount of from 1% to 100%.

Products are packed in 10 liter canisters, 200 liter barrels, or in bulk in our own packaging.

In particular, our Aminil lubricants provide a high antibacterial resistance to the working solution, and are therefore much longer than their service life. In combination with low concentrations (from 1.5%), the costs of the consumer enterprise are significantly reduced.

In order to ensure the consistency of the technological cycle from the workpiece to the preservation of the finished product, we have created a consistent series of process fluids: machining in a medium of a wide range of lubricating and cooling liquids (CDM), washing with simultaneous inter-operative protection and subsequent preservation.
