A workshop for the repair of locomotives equipped with equipment that allows the overhaul of the hydraulic transmission of locomotives and railcars, diesel locomotives TGM 23 and railcars, components and assemblies, accessories. In part of the shop built petrol station and mastered the overhaul of a diesel engine 6CHN 21/21 (211Д) all modifications. The site is equipped with high-precision equipment. Work is performed with the use of latest technology, crankshafts diesel are fully machined (grinding, polishing), as well as strengthening journals in attachone furnace, which allows to significantly increase the wear resistance and antifriction properties of crankshafts. Developed technology for recovery of crankshafts, Cam shaft timing mechanism, restores the bed unit diesel 6CHN 21/21. The area is equipped with bench testing of diesel engines under load with the use of hydro-brakes, which allows to configure all the characteristics of the diesel engine). The repair shop performs a wheel - repair of wheelsets of traction rolling stock (TPS), which works on metallurgical and mining enterprises of the industry.
