The enterprise specialized in the production of medical glass products. In 1994, the plant was transformed into an open joint-stock company Biomedsklo. Currently, the enterprise produces products for the medical and biological industries, as well as glass containers for the food, canning, and liquor industries. Due to the fact that the main specialization of the enterprise is . production of containers for medical products. all products are made of AB-1 and MTO glass. Products made of medical glass have advantages over container glass in terms of chemical composition and heat resistance, are distinguished by the transparency and whiteness of the glass, and, accordingly, the high quality of glass products.
Over the past few years, the company has been constantly increasing the volume of production and sales of products, modernizing production with the replacement of glass-forming machines and equipment, which allowed to significantly expand the range of products and improve their quality.
