Ми пропонуємо більш ніж 500 тисяч примірників книг, журналів, грамзаписів, компакт-дисків, діафільмів та кінофільмів. Маємо унікальну колекцію рідкісних і цінних видань, в якій зосереджено більше 15 тисяч одиниць зберігання - книг і журналів для дітей ХІХ – першої половини ХХ ст.
В бібліотеці функціонують низка безкоштовних читацьких об’єднань: музично-драматичний театр-студія ”Вподобайка”, народний театр-студія ”Мрія”, Територія прикладного мистецтва ”Biblio-Art майстерня”, бібліотечна англомовна студія ”English with no Limits” / ”Англійська без обмежень”, астрономічна лабораторія ”PRO-космос” тощо. Велику популярність у користувачів мають читацькі проєкти, реалізовані в режимі онлайн.

The National Library of Ukraine for Children is the main children’s library in Ukraine. It is a national book depository of children’s literature, a scientific, reference and bibliographic, information and consulting center for specialized children’s, school and rural libraries serving children.
The total fund of the library is more than 500 thousand copies of books, magazines, gramophone records, CDs, filmstrips and films. An important part of the fund is the legal deposit fund. Its main goal is to collect as completely as possible and preserve for posterity the entire repertoire of books for children issued in Ukraine, as well as publications for children in Ukrainian, published outside of Ukraine.
