Company information
Tulchin Professional College of Culture is a communal educational institution of the Vinnitsa Regional Council, functioning in the system of the Ministry of Culture and Information Policy of Ukraine, the Department of Culture and Creative Industries of the Department of Humanitarian Policy of the Vinnitsa Regional State Administration and is part of the educational and scientific complex of the Rivne State Humanitarian University, Kiev National University culture and arts, Vinnitsa State Pedagogical University named after Mikhail Kotsyubinsky, Uman State Pedagogical University named after Pavlo Tychyna, which allows graduates to continue step-by-step professional training for a shortened period of study.
