Vinnitsa State Pedagogical University named after Mykhailo Kotsiubinsky is a university in the city of Vinnitsa that has existed since 1912. The University trains teaching staff in full-time and part-time forms of education in areas. Since 2015, the head of the ZVO is the rector - Natalya Ivanovna Lazarenko.

On the basis of the university, international, all-Ukrainian, regional scientific and practical conferences, forums and seminars are held every year. Scientific relations are maintained with 50 institutions of higher education and leading research centers in more than 20 countries of the world. The university has about 140 voluntary student associations, circles, sections, clubs. Four artistic groups bear the title of ”folk”.
