LLC ”FROST” offers you the services of our deep-frozen warehouse.
Our facility has an impressive area, so we can accept large quantities of goods for storage. The total area of the refrigerator is 10 thousand tons. The dimensions of the chambers vary from 105t to 850t. There is also a stone dry warehouse with an area of 600 square meters. On a separate fenced area with two entrances with their own gates. The height of the warehouse - 5m., Flat floor, wide gate (4m.), Covered illuminated ramp for the entire warehouse, a separate electric meter. Inside the warehouse there are office premises in good condition with an area of 170 square meters. (1st floor - 3 offices, 2nd floor - 4 offices).
The convenient location of our refrigerating warehouse is the key to fast and convenient logistics of the goods. We are located in the city of Nikolaev, st. Starokrestostnaya 3, near the railway passes and the Nikolaevsky sea port is located 5 km away.
Our services:
- Storage of goods in deep-frozen chambers with a temperature regime of -18 (+/- 2) С;
- Storage of goods in a dry warehouse at street temperatures;
- Loading and unloading works by forklift trucks or manually;
- Convenient ramp. The capacity of unloading / loading of goods is 400 tons / day;
- Possibility of consolidated storage for small lots of goods;
- Services of responsible storage (storekeeper, reports on balances, expiration dates, etc.);
- We will provide premises for the office.
The forms of cooperation that we offer are absolutely flexible and diverse, from leasing refrigerated space to joint projects for processing and selling deep-frozen products. Are ready to consider a variant of distribution of your goods.
Our cost for rent is 250grn / sq.m per month or 8grn / t / day in cold rooms. RDP 25grn / pallet. On a large order, there is an individual approach and a flexible system of discounts. We are glad to answer all your questions.
