Company information
Representation of Philip Morris international (PMI) opened in Kyiv in 1993. In 1994 was signed the agreement on investments with JSC ”Kharkiv tobacco factory”.
In 1996 the factory was the first in Ukraine began to produce such international brands PMI, as Chesterfield and Bond Street. In 2000 it began production of cigarettes Marlboro. In 2003, the company Philip Morris Ukraine started the construction of a new manufacturing complex Greenfield outside the city of Kharkov in an area of 32 hectares. The official opening of the factory took place in may 2006.
Philip Morris international (PMI) is represented in Ukraine by two affiliated entities – PRJSC ”Philip Morris Ukraine” and OOO ”Philip Morris sales and distribution”. In the modern production center in Kharkiv and Kyiv region main office of PJSC ”Philip Morris Ukraine” and OOO ”Philip Morris sales and distribution” and its 11 regional offices nationwide, employs more than 1,300 employees.
