The main products are its integrated design and budget documentation: feasibility studies of investments, projects, working documentation for new construction, reconstruction and technical re-equipment of the coke oven industry. This is the only one in Ukraine and CIS Institute, which is developing a comprehensive project to-kumentatsiyu for all industry.
In the project documentation institute ”Giprokoks” built 59 coke plants with capacity from 290 to 7600 tons gross coke per year. Among them, 34 coke plants in Ukraine, Russia and Kazakhstan and 25 - in Algeria, Bulgaria, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Hungary, Egypt, India, Islamic Republic of Iran, no, China, Nigeria, Pakistan, North Korea, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Turkey, Finland, Czech Republic.
Technological Development Institute meet international standards. Their competitiveness of foreign companies selling shows more than 50 licenses and ”know-how” to coke battery ovens with large volume, the installation of dry coke quenching and selective grinding of the coal charge.
Projected coke batteries are equipped with modern means of mechanization, automation and the environment from harmful emissions and are characterized by a large number of sizes of coke chambers of various volumes and capacity from 490 to 1140 tons per year. A Dry quenching of coke you get from each ton of coke to zhashenoho halftone pair of high parameters, protect the environment, improve working conditions, improve the quality of coke and reduce its costs in blast furnaces compared with coke wet quenching. In Ukraine, Russia, Kazakhstan, operated more than 20 units of dry quenching coke-su, and 16 plants in Japan, India, China, Finland, Turkey, Hungary, Germany and other countries.
