ASSOCIATION OF CUSTOMS BROKERS OF UKRAINE

We combine legal entities that provide customs brokerage services, customs warehouse services, as well as enterprises and organizations, higher educational institutions, whose activities are related to customs clearance of goods:
- legal assistance;
- participation in events;
- improvement of members’ qualifications;
- exchange of experience with partners;
- logo and member services on the site;
- possibility to get discounts from partners.

The main activities of the Association:
- provision of legal assistance and legal support, informational support on issues related to the purpose of the Association’s activity;
- support of two-way informational communication and business relations with the central bodies of the executive power of Ukraine, primarily with the state authorities that ensure the formation and implementation of the state tax and customs policy;
- organization and holding of conferences, seminars, round tables, other informational and educational and advisory events with the participation of customs brokers, declarants, other participants of foreign economic activity and civil society, specialists of state authorities and local self-government;
participation in the process of rule-making activities, interaction with the committees of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, central bodies of executive power on the specified issues;
- training and advanced training of persons authorized to make declarations;
- cooperation with associations of customs brokers (agencies) of neighboring countries and with specialized public associations of Ukraine;
- participation in the work of the Pan-European Association of Customs Brokers and Customs Representatives ”CONFIAD”.

The Association of Customs Brokers of Ukraine ensures the implementation and protection of rights and freedoms, satisfaction of public, in particular, economic, social, cultural, political and other interests of the Association’s members in the field of state customs affairs, tax policy and state administration.
