Our company offers you builders, installers, transporters, repairers of both small and large organizations and enterprises a novelty on the market of Ukraine and the countries of the former Soviet Union, namely the ”Mobile Repair Workshop” (PZM) based on 20-foot or 40-foot marine containers
What is the advantage of placing a mobile workshop on the basis of containers???
The overall dimensions of a 20-foot container (LxWxH) are 6,060x2, 440x2, 590m and a 40-foot container (LxWxH) is 12,190x2, 440x2, 590m, which allows the product to be transported by any type of transport: trucks, railways, sea transport .
The presence of upper and lower corner fittings allows you to load the workshop with lifting mechanisms and attach to any site or platform for transportation.
The reinforced floor frame and design features of the containers allow placing equipment weighing up to 20 tons.
A not insignificant factor is that you will be able to place the PZM at your company, installing it on a trailer or chassis, registering it with the State Technical Supervision without registering it with the traffic police or installing it on vehicles that are available. This saves you money on the purchase of a chassis or trailer.
If you have a construction site or quarry development located far from the main repair base and you need to promptly repair the equipment, reducing at the same time a simple technological process, then our product will serve you irreplaceably.
The mobile repair shop is operated with a temperature regime from -35 to +40 C 0, for comfort during repair work, a mobile floor air conditioner is installed, which operates in heat and cold mode. The walls of the PZM are insulated with 50 mm basalt insulation using a super diffusion film (vapor and hydro barrier) and sheathed with PS-6 or PS-8 metal profile.
Engineering electrical networks are made according to ISO-9001 standards. Both 380V and 220V connections are provided. The electrical wiring inside the product is external in plastic boxes for ease of maintenance, and it also provides for connecting equipment with a voltage of 380V and 220V. For local lighting of the workplace, lighting with a voltage of up to 42V is provided.
PZM based on a 40-foot container, versatile and advantageous in that part of the room can be used as a workshop, and the other part for the accommodation of service personnel, complete with beds, kitchen furniture, an electric stove, sanitary equipment (water heating tank, kitchen sink, shower box , toilet, sink, etc.)
Depending on the type of repair work performed, the PZM is equipped with the following equipment:
- Workbenches for locksmiths, both with one headboard and two headboards with perforated racks for placing hanging shelves for locksmith tools (keys, screwdrivers, etc.);
- Compressors of various modifications for both pneumatic tools and tire fitting equipment;
- Turning, turning-milling, drilling and sharpening machines (on request);
- Locksmith yews;
- Metal tool cabinets;
- Metal wardrobe;
-Gasoline or diesel generators (on request);
- Welding machines;

Our products are certified and manufactured in accordance with the following requirements:
GOST 23118-78, GOST 22853-86; NAPB A.01.001-04 ”Rules of fire safety in Ukraine”;
