Enterprise ”Ukrainian Vermiculite Group” was reorganized in 2008 of LLC ”UkrVermikulit” in order to create an industrial complex for the production of heat and sound insulation and heat-proof materials based on exfoliated vermiculite.
Company experts have developed a unique installation of vermiculite concentrate roasting.
The uniqueness of the apparatus is that unlike all known both in the CIS and abroad such attitudes, distinguishes our very small structural size and low energy consumption.
          All equipment necessary for the firing of vermiculite concentrate is located at 30 m. m at an average productivity per shift 15-20 cubic meters of exfoliated vermiculite.
          These figures indicate a relatively high productivity, and as a consequence - high quality swelling (firing).
           Fuel consumption is 100-120 liters per shift, which gives an important effect of reducing the cost and the total absence of unburned fuel residues in the product. This is what sets our company among the world producers of vermiculite.
          Production of expanded vermiculite is not a major, in the primary direction of the company.
           Given the great need for different areas of the industry in high-quality materials that have high demands on heat insulation, fireproofing thermal, chemical and biological inertness, and the reflectivity of the leading specialists of our enterprise technology of production of products based on exfoliated vermiculite and inorganic binder.
            Vermiculite products (plates) are made of a semi-dry mass by hot pressing on the basis of technical specifications.
Such products have high insulation properties and, most importantly, fairly effective fire protection.
            Application temperature vermiculite plates and shells ranges from -260 ° C to 1200 ° C, the fire resistance - 0.5 hours to 4 hrs
Characteristically, when exposed to high temperature products and open flames are not observed the release of harmful substances that affect the human body and the environment.
  Currently, the company is located in the Kiev region. Technology specialists are constantly working on the introduction of new materials, which are used in various industries.
