Commodity Exchange ”Universal World” (abbreviated LUTB) established at the initiative of brokerage firms and commodity exchanges Ukraine enterprises engaged in the development of wholesale food market (HPR) ”Shuvar.” The purpose of establishing exchanges were the interests of its members if ”openness” Exchange for new members and its readiness to actively cooperate with them, the introduction of exchange activity of new modern technologies, bringing Exchange to implement based on HPR Project Regional Agricultural Centre, which was met with approval support by the Government of Ukraine and the management of the region.
