Asset Management Company «Alpari Ltd.” was founded in 2004 and by the nature of its activities relating to business entities engaged in professional activity on securities market. The main focus of the company - is to manage the assets of collective investment institutions (CII). Limited Liability Company Asset Management ”Alpari” has the license of the State Commission on Securities and Stock Market of Ukraine series AB № 393964 of March 5, 2008 for professional activity in the stock market - asset management activities of institutional investors.

The primary function of the Asset Management Company is to analyze the situation on financial markets, investment decisions and carry out direct portfolio management of funds.

Based on the above license ALPARI company may create mutual funds (PIF) and conclude agreements on asset management investment funds (CIF), established under the Law of Ukraine ”On Joint Investment Institutions (Unit and Corporate Investment Funds).” Today the company manages the money of three mutual funds, established in 2005, 2006 and 2007, serving investors and conducting transactions with assets. From the second half of 2006 ALPARI company manages assets of closed-diversified corporate investment fund.
