Communal enterprise for maintenance and operation of special purpose housing stock ”Spetszhitlofond” was established in 2001.
The subject of activity of the enterprise is: implementation of functions of the customer of repair, reconstruction, construction of apartment houses and constructions, attraction in the established order of investments for financing of repair, reconstruction, construction of housing and nonresidential fund, parkings, etc., maintenance of housing stock according to requirements .
The primary task of the special housing fund is to create quality living conditions for the city’s residents. The activity is built on the principles of responsibility, transparency, social justice, economic efficiency and creating comfort for Kyivites and guests of the city.
