LLC ”Avtoklapan” is a developer, manufacturer and supplier of locking, safety valves, etc. for the needs of enterprises in the metallurgical, chemical, oil and gas and energy extraction industry.
The output of the company is taken over the full production cycle from the development of design documentation before assembling and testing the finished product.
Our product meets the requirements of DSTU ISO 9001-2001 (ISO 9001-2000).
Pipe and fittings produced by ”Avtoklapan” successfully operated on the territory of Ukraine. More than 200 enterprises and organizations of different ownership forms are our permanent partners. Among them, power generating companies sector (Starobeshevo TPP, TPP Kremenchug, Moldavian GRES) steel industry (JSC ”Yenakiyevo Metallurgical Plant”, OJSC ”Alchevsk Metallurgical Plant”, JSC ”Metallurgical Plant named. Ilyich”, OAO ”Metallurgical plant” Iron & Steel Works ”, JSC ”DSS”), the chemical industry (JSC ”Lissoda”, JSC ”Concern” Styrene ”, JSC” DneprAzot ”, JSC” Zaporozhkoks ”, JSC” Makeevkoks ”) oil - and gas-processing industry (” Ukrtransgas ”NAK” Naftogaz Ukrainy ” , ”MN” Friendship ”of JSC” Ukrtransnafta ”DK” Ukrgazdobycha ”NAK” Naftogaz Ukrainy ”) food industry (DP” Nemirovsky Alcohol Plant ”) and many others.
Also, our company have been carried out works on repair of valves for the company ”Ukrtransgas” NAK ”Naftogaz Ukrainy” and branch ”MN” Friendship ”of JSC” Ukrtransnafta ”.
Given the increasing demands on quality control of materials and weld fittings, LLC ”Avtoklapan” produces products that are delivered to the objects of critical applications and potentially dangerous production: energy, chemicals, oil - and gas processing industry, metallurgical industry, water supply.
In the manufacture of fittings used German equipment for welding and metal processing, high-quality materials and components that are repeated in the control of production units.
We produce valves according to plan, produce and test perekonservatsiyu valves.
Depending on the size of the order the delivery of products may vary from 15 to 30 days.
