LLC ”Melitopol factory of automotive parts” - is one of the largest foundries in the southern region of Ukraine. The main products are cast iron, steel, aluminum alloys, spare parts for automotive and agricultural machinery.
The production base includes:
• cast iron plant - production of gray iron castings (gg15 - gg35) and ductile iron (ggg 40 - ggg60), in sand on the lines of the pulse shape and flaskless molding horizontally split, by weight of castings from 0.2 to 100kg. power plant - 10,000 tons of suitable casting per year;
• aluminum casting plant - production of castings by casting into a mold under high pressure, mld 9, the production capacity - 3000 tons of suitable casting per year. the shop has the ability to produce secondary aluminum and aluminum alloys vintage - the annual capacity of 2,000 tons;
• foundry on gasified models - manufacture of steel, cast iron, aluminum and non-ferrous castings. power plant 3600 tons of suitable casting per year;
using modern induction melting, forming, and high-quality materials, provides a high surface quality and dimensional accuracy.
