При производстве мотор-редукторов применены более высокопрочные марки сталей зубчатых колес, шестерен. Точность зубчатых передач обеспечивается при финишных операциях обработки - зубошлифовка, зубокалибровка зубьев.
В отличие от выпускаемых планетарных мотор-редукторов изготавливаются цельнолитые усиленные водила планетарных передач. Для комплектации мотор-редукторов используются только новые качественные электродвигатели, прошедшие входной контроль.
